Jaci Velasquez

Jaci Velasquez is one of the few Christian artists who can respectfully pull off the role of pop diva. She signed her first record deal at 14; less than 10 years later, she's not only hit platinum repeatedly, but she's earned Billboard and Dove awards, as well as several Grammy nominations. Velasquez's everyday contemporary style is defined by her strong and bare voice, which is balanced with light concert-pop, Latin roots (though barely detectable on her English-language albums), and evocatively earnest ballads. "On My Knees" is an across-the-board favorite.
