A producer/emcee from Columbus, Ohio, Fat Jon is fast becoming one of the underground's brightest stars. A member of both 3582 (with J. Rawls) and Five Deez, he also records solo, dropping various instrumental projects for labels like Mush and Counterflow. Also known as The Ample Soul Physician, he's loaned his beatmaking prowess to projects by Dose One, Mood, and Lone Catalysts among others. His lush compositions merge traditional hip-hop stylings with mellow jazz musings, smooth but never boring.
