Even in the darkest days of the hair metal epidemic, when "Unskinny Bop" was as inescapable as death, Poison was nothing if not fun. In fact, all they wanted was a good time, and maybe some more fluorescent spandex. Anyway, kicking off this collection of covers, they nail Sweet's "Little Willy" so masterfully they leave no doubt about their genuine allegiance to glam rock and all the pop-rock perfection that entails. "Suffragette City" is as much a winner. Nobody ever needs to hear anyone play "Squeeze Box," however. They also take on Jim Croce, the Stones and the Marshall Tucker Band.
