transferred to a portable device that does not support Napster To Go.
Note: Use of these portable players with Napster requires
that you have Windows Media Player 9 Series or higher and the latest firmware and device
driver for your device, which can be obtained by following the provided links.
In general, Napster tracks work with most portable devices that support secure WMA files,
but there are some exceptions. Microsoft has a list of devices that it says are compatible
with Windows XP and Windows Media Player 9 Series. Click here.
If your Windows Media compatible device does not work with Napster, you may need an
updated device driver or firmware. Device drivers and firmware may be obtained from
the manufacturer of your portable music player by following the provided links, or
from the Microsoft Web site mentioned above. We are constantly adding to the list of
supported devices, so check back in the near future if your device is not listed.
