From CBS Entertainment IN A NETWORK FIRST...CBS.COM, A&M RECORDS & NAPSTER TO RELEASE SINGLES AVAILABLE FOR SALE FROM THE STAR SEARCH ADULT SINGER FINALISTS ON MARCH 13 ON THE CBS TELEVISION NETWORK Napster, the digital music service featuring the world's largest and most diverse online collection of music will offer singles from the STAR SEARCH finalists, marking the first time the music from a televised singing competition has been available for download. The singles will be available through CBS.com prior to the STAR SEARCH grand finale telecast Saturday, March 13 (8:00 PM-9:00 PM, live ET/delayed PT) on the CBS Television Network for purchase exclusively on Napster for 99 cents. During the STAR SEARCH grand finale, the winner of the adult singer competition will receive a contract with A&M Records as well as $100,000. All three songs were produced by the President of A&M Records and noted producer Ron Fair ("Christina Aguilera," "Black Eyed Peas," "Vanessa Carlton"). The STAR SEARCH adult singer finalists and the titles of their singles include: Freedom Bremner (Washington, DC) "Cuddle Toy" written by Roachford, Vicki Natale (Brooklyn, New York) "Like No Other" written by Vicki Natale and Jake Simpson Crocker, Missouri) "We'll Know" written by Bobbi Goldin and Matt Morris.
