The Ting Tings record NapsterLive session

The Tings Ting’s NapsterLive session is available exclusively to members from June 2nd
LONDON - (May 30, 2008)

Napster UK, Ltd, a subsidiary of Napster, Inc. (Nasdaq: NAPS), the pioneer of digital music, today confirms that it is offering its members the opportunity to stream and download an exclusive NapsterLive session from The Ting Tings.

Recorded at Wise Buddah Studio in Central London, the acoustic session features many of the most popular songs from The Ting Tings number one album, ‘We Started Nothing’, as well as a cover of Beats International’s ‘Just Be Good To Me’

The Ting Tings are a musical twosome that has taken the UK pop scene by storm. Described as ‘a rollercoaster mash up of energy, anger and pure pop arousal’ they are currently riding high in the singles charts with the instantly recognisable track ‘‘That’s Not My Name’, the follow up to ‘Great DJ’ which has sold nearly 50,000 singles to date.

The NapsterLive performances have quickly gained acclaim as a showcase for the world’s most talented and sought-after artists, such as Amy Winehouse and Mika, alongside new music from the likes of Beth Rowley and Alphabeat. During 2007 Napster, offered 45 live sessions, and this offering will expand in 2008, with upcoming performances from the likes of Minnie Driver, Black Kids and Ida Maria.

In addition to a catalogue of over 6 million tracks, Napster offers a wealth of music discovery features including an advanced recommendation engine, over 90 ad-free radio stations, and 100’s of playlists with subscribers able to tailor these features to their musical preferences. Napster’s PC subscription service costs £9.95 per month and Napster To Go, its portable music service costs £14.95 per month.
