Napster Unlimited offers unlimited ad-free streaming from a catalogue of over 15 million tracks. Plus you get full access to all Napster’s music features such as radio stations and playlists, programmed by our team of music experts.

You can listen to Napster Unlimited from any computer with an internet connection and on home audio systems from leading brands such as Philips, Logitech and Sonos. All for just £5 per month.

You can also purchase downloads from the MP3 Store whenever you want.

Napster Unlimited plus Mobile offers you all the great features of Napster Unlimited on your mobile device. That means you can search our huge catalogue and play as much music as you want from your iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad and Android device. Play over your mobile internet or Wi-Fi or save music to offline so you’re never stuck when you have no connection. Napster Unlimited plus Mobile really is music, anywhere. All for just £10 per month.

Napster MP3 Store allows you to listen to 30-second samples of the Napster catalogue and purchase individual tracks and albums in MP3 format that can be burned onto CD or transferred to any MP3 player. It’s free to look around, you just pay for what you download.

4.How do I download the Napster app for my iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad and Android device?

It’s easy – once you’ve registered for Napster Unlimited plus Mobile you can download the app on the final step.

Alternatively visit the Apple App Store or Android Marketplace on your computer or mobile, search for Napster and follow the instructions to download the app. Then sign in with your details and you’re ready to play unlimited music wherever you are.

5.What can I do with MP3s I download from Napster?

All MP3s you download are yours to keep forever with no restrictions. You can burn a song as many times as you like and transfer to any MP3 player – it’s your choice. Napster MP3s can be played on every MP3 player including the iPod and iPhone.

6.Can I use music from Napster with iTunes or Windows Media Player?

You can import your Napster MP3s into any MP3 compatible music software (which is most of them).

Napster offers you a seamless connection to your iTunes or Windows Media Player library. The Napster Download Manager makes managing your music easy by downloading MP3s directly to your chosen music software. Choose iTunes, Windows Media Player or Napster to manage your Napster MP3s.

8.What is the quality of the Napster music I play?

The Napster music that is downloaded to your computer is in MP3 format at 256 Kbps stereo. Tracks streamed on your computer are offered at 128Kbps. Mobile tracks are streamed at 64Kbps. This high-quality allows you to get the most enjoyment from your music however you choose to listen to it.

9.Do I need a credit card to use Napster?

You will need a credit or debit card, a PayPal account or a ClickandBuy account to use Napster Unlimited/plus Mobile. If you’re only using the Napster MP3 Store you do not have to enter any billing information to register, only when you download MP3s.

10.What happens if I cancel my membership or free trial?

If you cancel your Napster trial or membership you will automatically turn into a free Napster MP3 Store member with no monthly recurring charges, allowing you to preview 30-second clips of tracks before deciding to purchase them. You can rejoin at anytime and your library and playlists will still be there for you. If you’re a Napster Unlimited plus Mobile member, any tracks you save offline on your mobile device will not be available once your trial or membership has expired.

11.How do I cancel my membership or free trial?

To cancel a paid membership
If there is something that has prevented you from enjoying your Napster experience, we'd love to help. Please contact our Customer Support by going to Napster Account Questions above and clicking the 'email us' tab. You can also contact Customer Support by phone on 020 7365 1079 from Monday–Friday, 12:00 till 20:00. If you would still like to cancel your membership please give us a call on the number above and we'll handle your request right away.

Napster To Go users can cancel directly from the service by going to My Account > Account Status and clicking on ‘Cancel Membership’.

To cancel a free trial
If you would like to cancel, you can do so by logging into your account, clicking on My Account in the top-left corner, and selecting Account Status. Simply click on the Cancel Free Trial link at the bottom of the pop-up and follow the prompts to cancel your trial subscription. Once you cancel your free trial, you will automatically turn into a free Napster MP3 Store member with no monthly recurring charges.

Napster MP3 Store Members
There's no need to cancel. As a member of the Napster MP3 Store, you will never be charged unless you choose to purchase tracks or albums. You can use the Napster MP3 store to search for and listen to 30-second samples of all the songs in the Napster catalogue for free.
